Shipping:

Since all our products are handmade per order, the usual processing time of orders is 5 business days, though we do our best to process sooner. Orders will be sent via USPS, and tracking number will be provided (for orders within the USA). The customs number will be provided for international packages Please contact us for any additional shipping services, as there might be additional charges.
PLEASE NOTE: THE SELLER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DELIVERY OF PACKAGES AND PERFORMANCE OF USPS, MISDELIVERED, DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES. PLEASE CONTACT US FOR PACKAGE INSURANCE IF NEEDED.
THERE WILL BE NO ORDER CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS AFTER THE ORDER IS SHIPPED OUT.

Refunds and Exchanges:

Due to the nature of our business, please be advised that once the order is shipped out, there are no refunds or exchanges on lip products at all. However, you may cancel your order any time before it is shipped out.
