Do not rub on to lips, but try to layer the gloss. Add a touch to your lips, or apply a few layers to both lips. Try applying two or three layers, blotting after each application, making the last layer a bit thicker (do not blot the last layer to leave the glossy look on).

The expiration date for all of our lip glosses is 6 months from purchase date. Keeping them in a dry, dark, cool place may extend the shelf life.
Do not apply directly with the tube (to prevent contact with your lips, and therefore bacteria in the gloss), but try to use your finger to spread on your lips (this may extend the shelf life as well).
